We believe permanent hair removal should be considered an essential medical treatment and a valid pursuit towards gender affirming care that is free from the predatory business models common to the heavily profit driven cosmetics industry.

This service is owned and operated by gender diverse, medically trained staff with an aim to provide the highest quality care in the safest possible environment. We are inclusive and very welcoming to all people from all walks of life, but offer discounted services and no pressure treat now; pay later payment plans for those seeking Gender Affirming Care (GAC) or those with a current Health Care Card (HCC).​

It is far too commonly reported that those undergoing gender affirming beauty services are taken advantage of by cosmetics establishments. At Live More: Ethical Beauty, we strive to take an ethical approach to care and treatment. All staff are instructed to provide complete education on our procedures and can offer advice on a wide variety of cosmetic procedures and transition tools. We believe strongly in the patients being able to provide informed consent, rather than taking advantage of a person's potential lack of knowledge through intentional undertreatment, failing to explain procedures or failing to provide adequate aftercare and follow up.

We will work with you and listen to your concerns with an aim to maximize the effectiveness and value of your treatment while minimizing complications.

At Live More we hold ourselves accountable for the quality of our work, we will never upsell you, we will not soft-trap you with unnecessary package deals, we will not pressure you to buy unproven products or long term non-refundable package deals you may not need.

Our Electrolysis package deals are fully refundable no questions asked, and we do not believe in offering package deals for laser or PRP treatments as it is rare for either treatment to require more than 3 or 4 sessions to achieve strong results if performed well. ​

There is no fee for non-attendance (although we would greatly appreciate you cancelling your session through our handy online portal).

All bookings can be made and cancelled online and the quoted price is the final price you can expect to pay. We don't want you to feel pressured into buying a $100 'special' sunscreen or glycolic scrub that you do not actually need. We want you to be comfortable and safe and well treated. Our staff are trained and open to discuss any questions or concerns regarding common products and are happy to make product recommendations.
